I've decided on an exercise regime. I'm putting it in writing so I can't back out.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are school days. I'll be getting home at around 9 PM so those will be my off days.
Monday:
20 minutes on the eliptical plus 20 minutes on the glider, and 10 minutes abs.
Tuesday:
Off
Wednesday:
30-60 minute kick boxing workout (depends on which DVD I'm using) with weights, then 20 minutes on the glider and 20 minutes on the eliptical.
Thursday:
Off
Friday:
20 minutes on the eliptical plus 20 minutes on the glider, and 10 minutes abs.
Saturday:
30-60 minute kick boxing workout without weights, then 20 minutes on the glider and 20 minutes on the eliptical.
Sunday:
30-60 minute kick boxing workout with weights, then 20 minutes on the glider and 20 minutes on the eliptical.
