After a few weeks I've decided I need a few tweaks to my exercise regime.
I'm not going to do the glider on the days I kickbox. I'll still do the eliptical and I'll add in 10 minutes of abs and 10 minutes of other floor exercises. The glider aggravates my knee if I'm on it too much. But I don't want to cut it out completely, it's great for my butt and obliques. I think I'll be OK using it twice a week.
Then again, maybe I should just sell it...I can't decide...
