Moday: 40 minutes on the eliptical and 20 minutes of floor work with abs.
Tuesday: off (school)
Wednesday: Kickboxing with weights, 30 minutes on the eliptical and 10 minutes of abs.
Thursday: off (school)
Friday: Kickboxing without weights, 30 minutes on the eliptical and 10 minutes of abs.
Saturday: 40 minutes on the eliptical and 20 minutes of floor work with abs.
Sunday: Kickboxing with weights, 30 minutes on the eliptical and 10 minutes of abs.
Two days of kickboxing in a row was too much. This is more balanced.
