I should have known it was too good to be true.
I found out that he broke up with his girlfriend less than two months ago and they had been together for several years. He sounded very angry when I talked to him about it. He isn't ready for a relationship.

He's not ready for a "relationship", but he probably can use a good friend - someone objective. Of course, you'd have to find out WHY he was angry about the breakup....

ReplyDeleteI offered him friendship. I don't think he'll accept it. I definitely am not contacting him for a while.
ReplyDeleteOK, I lied. I sent him an email and he ignored just like I know he would. At least now I know for sure. I've probably been relegated to the ranks of horrible women who hurt him now.
